Making & Delivery Times
All our products are handmade to order. Production time depends on the complexity of each item.
Most items are ready within 1–3 weeks, while more complex designs may take up to 5 weeks.
If you need your order for a specific date, please contact us before purchasing and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping
All orders are shipped in discreet packaging.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over 200€ in EU and 300€ in the rest of the world.
Estimated delivery times (after production):
- EU, Switzerland & UK: 3–5 working days
- USA & Canada: 5–8 working days
- Rest of the world: 1–6 weeks (depending on destination)
Returns
Returns
All items are made to order and produced exclusively for each customer. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on change of mind or sizing issues.
If there is any issue with your order, please contact us and we will review the case individually to find a solution.
For sizing questions, we strongly recommend contacting us before placing your order.
Exchanges may be accepted only in case of manufacturing error or defect. In such cases, the customer is not responsible for shipping costs.
Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours after placing the order.
